Refund Policy


Thank you for buying our courses. We try to ensure that our users have a great learning experience. As with any online purchase experience, there are terms and conditions that govern the Refund Policy. When you buy a training course, you agree to our Privacy Policy, Terms of Use, Refund Policy.

Cancellation & Refunds:

  • If the cancellation is done by the learner within 48 hours of subscribing, 10% of total paid fee will be deducted as administration fee.
  • If the cancellation is done by the learner after 48 hours of subscribing, no refund will be made.


Refund request:

Please drop an email to our customer support team at Stating the reason for cancellation. If approved the refund will be processed.



Refund will be processed via the same source (original method of payment) in 5 to 7 working days post intimation by the customer.

Note: All refunds will be processed within 30 days of receiving the refund request.
