Genpact has built a global capability hub in India, capable of fulfilling dynamic knowledge & information requirements and deliver real time support for our client facing consulting teams. This is a team with a dedicated focus to strengthen the critical enablers that are required to deepen our end to end consulting capabilities. It has a clear focus to standardizing our proposal and delivery engine, and reducing time to market AND  strongly engraining our Consulting Brand in the market, driving consistency of messaging

This is a strategic role wherein the candidate will work closely with the Consulting leaders and Pre Sales teams across various streams to maximize client value – proposals building, delivery support teams, PMO support and visualization services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set up the offshore Commercial Proposals infrastructure for the consulting team - effective Pursuit support process to help us respond expeditiously to RFPs/RFIs with customization, content management, proposal structuring and overall governance.
  • Own the Delivery Governance & QA process for the consulting engagements for value maximization and greater standardization of our offerings
  • Lead a team of 12+ folks, for E2E support for consulting bids
  • Apply prior consulting experience to provide inputs to (as well as drive execution of) initiatives and projects to increase visibility of our consulting services line, sharpen service offerings, design integrated solutions, deepen engagements with the client facing teams; pre-empt demand and proactively service the same
  • Partner with key business leaders to understand long term strategy for the consulting team - including identifying white spaces, gaps and potential new service areas in the overall portfolio for the India consulting team

Experience:

Required

  • 15+ years of experience from Big 4 Advisory units/Tier 1 strategy consulting firms (Bain, Mck, BCG)/Tie 1 competition with significant consulting practice (Accenture, TCS, Infosys) having worked on
  • Strategic thinking skills
  • Good understanding of the Operations and Risk consulting practice
  • Pre Sales Experience is preferable
  • Ability to interact with key Business Leaders
  • Ability to work in a cross cultural environment very collaboratively
