Genpact Data & Reporting Analytics delivers outcomes to help Financial Services clients gain meaningful insights from their Data Assets. Our capabilities range from accessing and reporting on data to advanced mathematical modeling, forecasting and sophisticated statistical analysis. Specifically, we assist our clients in:

  • Regulatory Mandates across US, UK and Australia
  • Convert regulatory requirements to operable solutions
  • Straddle Tech & Functional requirements towards Regulatory Data needs
  • Lay out Data Governance & Data Management Framework for Organization
  • Data Quality Governance across Risk Metrics – Credit / Market & Ops Risk Mgmt
  • Implement Data Quality Framework; review controls framework prior to submissions
  • Prepare various risk related schedules in regulatory reports
  • Identify technology development requirements to improve reporting efficiency
  • Data Analytics, BI and Reporting

Delivery Responsibilities:

  1. Operating Lead for Multiple Data & Reporting Analytics projects, responsible for:
    1. Delivery Planning & Execution, with an attention to detail on Delivery Quality
    2. Ownership of Financial Goals (Revenue / Profitability/DSO etc)
    3. Ownership of Growth Drivers [RFPs / Mining Opportunities etc]
    4. Ownership of Continuous Improvement Goals
    5. Ownership of Retention Goals for your people
  1. Provide SME Support:
    1. Active contributor to Driving Innovation across the area – Ideation / Product Build / Knowledge Collateral
    2. Ability to roll up sleeves and get into problem situations
  1. Leadership:
    1. Lead from the front - Ability to articulate vision of organization goals and drive that with a sense of mission
    2. Self-Starter: Willingness to take charge and provide direction
    3. Escalation management / Management of Challenging situations
  1. Management & Development
    1. People management responsibilities – career progression, conflict resolution, People Development & Mentoring
    2. Build connects within the team + facilitate collaborations across cross functional teams
  1. Relationship Management
    1. Build Client Connects across the stakeholder landscape, with a singular view of NPS Success
    2. Be the SPoC for your accounts to ensure optimal Escalation Mgmt

Desired Skills: 

  1. Knowledge of Regulatory Landscape across US / EU/ Aus – CCAR / BCBS / MIFID etc
  2. Knowledge of Data Governance & Data Management Concepts
  3. Knowledge of Data Warehousing & Business Intelligence / Reporting Concepts
  4. BIG PLUS: If you have worked on Predictive Analytics / Big Data / Data Science
