Purpose of the Role:

As Genpact’s services expand, there is an increasing ask to collaborate and streamline knowledge management initiatives across the organization ensuring capture of the right information and packaging it so as to drive intelligence and identify opportunities for creating superior solutions. The key Focus of this role will be to drive performance, adoption, change-management and operations of Knowledge Management.Drive deep penetration of knowledge manage, closely work with the leadership team to operationalize knowledge management and related initiatives.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Laying down the knowledge management and collaboration vision and the roadmap
  • Streamline and manage the knowledge management and collaboration organization
  • Interact with senior stakeholders to understand needs and identify improvements
  • Devise and drive the knowledge management processes
  • Drive the right culture for increased collaboration
  • Understanding current systems and making improvements

Essentials Skills Required:

  • Strong technical skills – understands knowledge management and collaboration tools, technologies, has been there and done that, excellent with driving ground level execution
  • Good working knowledge of Sharepoint
  • Managing multiple stakeholders, operations, metrics
  • Self-driven and motivated – ability to work independently without close supervision, ability to take independent decisions
  • Management skills - people and change management, team building, measurement and driving performance
  • Excellent communication skills – strong executive presence to connect at senior leadership levels
  • Creative mind-set with the ability to think out-of-the-box and solution
  • Passion for excellence, results oriented
  • Flexible - ability to adapt to changing dynamics quickly

Desirable Skills:

  • Ability to work with geographically dispersed teams

Knowledge Experience and Education:

  • Minimum of 8-10 years of knowledge management experience with the last 2-3 years in a leadership role
  • Preferably a person with working experience in knowledge management for and outsourcing and/or consulting organizations (professional services firm)
