Job Information

Purpose:

  • Create a vision and purpose for Digital Marketing Analytics and formalize portfolio of offerings. Constantly evaluate the portfolio with changing market situation to identify gaps and opportunities.
  • Conceptualize and develop / build products and solutions that are relevant to BFS and CGRLH clients across sub areas of Digital Marketing Analytics. This will involve analytics along all digital marketing channels and platforms.
  • Support the business development process through convincing senior internal as well as client stakeholders regarding analytics solutions that are relevant for digital marketing within the BFS and CGRLH industries. Target customers will be Chief Marketing Officer and Head of Digital Marketing within large corporations.
  • Execute high end digital marketing analytics projects as proof-of-concepts with a team of consultants and/or SMEs, some of them being based onshore.
  • Develop solutions that have direct relevance to customer problems and can help in convincing them regarding high end analytics work in digital marketing. These could be standalone solutions, or part of larger BPM or IT solutions.
  • Actively scout for partnerships and identify opportunities for acquisitions to plug in gaps in the portfolio

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Partner with existing customers and Global BD teams for deeper penetration and diversification of service offerings amongst customers and prospects respectively
  • Understand Clients’ Needs & Business Imperatives, & consult on how to use Analytics strategically to drive their digital marketing imperatives and enable growth
  • Execute Initiatives/Programs/Projects launched in consultation with Clients for delivering real business impact to the customer
  • Work closely with delivery and BD teams to meet revenue commitments for the year via aggressive prospect management and consultative selling

Specific Competence:

Essential

  • Deep knowledge of digital marketing
  • Should have worked on digital marketing projects related to some of the top brands across their lifecycle in the US market OR Europe market
  • Strong facilitation, presentation and negotiation skills (internal & external)
  • Ability to interact and build relations with senior management and key stakeholders
  • Ability to apply Analytics to Business Strategy
  • Ability to independently manage client relationships and build synergy between the client and the delivery organization to ensure delivery of tangible benefits to clients
  • Superb analytical and problem solving skills
  • Ability to work in a multicultural, fast paced environment
  • High quantitative abilities

Desirable:

  • Ability to create products and solutions leveraging partners, products or acquisitions
  • Ability to create solutions for clients
  • Ability to work through RFP/ RFQ process and develop winning solutions
  • Ability to work through complex structure and ambiguity
  • Ability to create a vision, strategy as well execute it with agility

Knowledge Experience and Education:

Essential

  • Prior experience or exposure in the BFS / CGRLH industry or with a digital agency
  • Post Graduate/ MBA for premier School.
  • 12-18 yrs of work experience.
  • At least 3-4 years in the area of product / solution build or development within digital marketing analytics

Desirable

  • Consultative selling experience desired
  • Understanding of US healthcare and pharma market
  • Global mindset and exposure
