Responsibilities:
- Prioritize the sourcing deals assigned by customer for TAC spend services based on spend value & urgency.
- Gather category specific information and deal requirements from all relevnt stakeholders
- Prepare RFP & RFI question templates
- Create a list of price models, e.g. rate card, volume discount, and fixed price
- Identify perspective suppliers for bidding
- Prepare lots, items & questions
- Ensure enent strategy, set up & communication
- Create price strategy
- Train buyers/suppliers on use of Oracle Cloud
- Prepare mock RFx in Oracle Cloud
- Preform supplier follow up/query resolution
- Estimate savings and develop annual savings pro-forma
- Gather responses to supplier risk assessments in accordance with business policies and ensure identified risks are addressed accordingly
- Plan and conduct negotiations with suppliers
- Track and report savings & non-p&l savings
- Renegotiate existing contracts for assigned deals before contract expiration, in accordance with business policies & procedures
Experience & Skills
- 3 to 8 years of relevant work experience in a sourcing role preferably with indirect services experience
- Business knowledge and day to day understanding Sourcing and Procurement activities
- Good communication and analytical skills.
- Data analytics skills
- Strong customer centric focus, relationship management with key stakeholders, persuasive, negotiating, proactive and can do attitude a must
- Good command of MS Office Tools (i.e. excel, ppt)
- Must be a graduate
- US visa ready folks only

- Willing to work in 6 pm to 3 am shift and ready to travel to US
