Education / professional qualifications:

Should be with Post Graduate qualification (LLB)

  • Candidate is working as an in-house lawyer in contract management team in his/her current profile
  • Should have hands on experience in drafting, reviewing, redlining and negotiating commercial contracts.
  • Should have worked upon technology contracts, services contracts, MSAs etc.
