Bhavna Toor is the Founder and CEO of Shenomics, a mindful-leadership coaching platform to help women live and lead from within. Bhavna is a true global citizen and has grown up around the world, including India, Bangladesh, Nigeria, U.K., Tanzania and the U.S.

Bhavna has trained and mentored thousands of young social entrepreneurs and leaders across India as the CEO of the National Social Entrepreneurship Forum, and an Entrepreneur-in-Residence at the GSF Global Accelerator. Prior to that, she led a successful corporate career in finance. Bhavna has spoken on women's entrepreneurship and leadership at various platforms including TEDx, InfluencerCon and several management festivals. She is a founding member of the Womenshere Global Network. She received her MBA from the NYU Stern School of Business. Having lived in 6 countries, Bhavna brings a global perspective and sensitivity to her work.

Bhavna is a former Miss India New York, model, actress, dancer and TV Host (Namaste America). When she’s not helping women unleash their super powers, you can find her writing at her favorite café, devouring a good book or doing yoga.

She Shares

After her share of success, Bhavna has chosen to give back to the society. She says, 'All around me, I saw women who are also striving for more – to be more, to do more, to give more. I felt I could play a small part in making their journeys just a little bit easier. While I don’t have all the answers, I have learned a lot along the way about happiness, success and mindful leadership, which I have a strong yearning to share with other women, and I want to invite other women to share their stories and their greatest learnings.'

Till date, Bhavna has helped thousands of Women get Mindful at Work and in their Personal lives.

'Mindfulness' has been proven to lead to a host of powerful benefits like decreasing stress levels, improving focus, clarity, listening and decision-making skills, and overall well-being. Most of all, mindfulness helps to foster greater self-awareness, which in turn leads to better choices, and therefore, greater possibilities for how you can shape yourself and your career.

This workshop is designed to equip professional women with mindfulness tools that can positively impact your personal and professional life, and allow you to adopt a more fulfilling and balanced approach to work.
